- Our standard method of shipping is UPS ground, which takes up to 7 business days. Other methods of delivery such as 3-Day Select, 2nd Day, and Overnight are available upon request, and are dependent upon the availability of the product bring shipped. The buyer will be reponsible for the added expense of these alternate shipping methods. Tracking numbers for shipments can be provided upon request.

- Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, as long as it has not been used, and is in new condition. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers will be refunded the purchase price of the item (minus the restocking fee if applicable), and taxes if applicable. Shipping costs will be refunded only if we have sent the wrong item.
